I'm currently setting up a new mailserver. As always, I choose Debian GNU/Linux Sarge with a 2.4.x kernel with grsec patch. But, this time, I build amavisd-new and dspam from upstream, instead use packages. In fact, it's not really a choice since dspam is not available at this time in Debian Sarge. Except a postfix problem I'll explain below, no problems occured. Anyway, I wrote a doc which will be available inline soon. My postfix trouble is I don't understand why I need to put relayed domains in relay_domains when I have them in transport_maps. I tried some differents formats (mainly domain.tld smtp:[host] or relay:[host]) without success. I'm now playing (like yesterday) with SunOne WebServer 6.1, especially the WebDav feature this time. However, I'm not sure if this is the only way, but a directory server is required in order to manager users/groups (i don't talk about unix users, only the web ones). Yesterday, I tried to use a directory service with flat file as backend. I add the user asyd but webdav authentication was still wrong. Today, after the SunOne DS installation, I remove the existing directory server and declare a new one using SunOne DS as backend, finally create a user.. and it (webdav authentication) works.
